If you have won an auction item and would like an estimate for packing and shipping; please email or fax us the pertinent information (description, dimensions, weight, value and where you need it to be shipped) If you have a link to the online catalog description, you can include that as well.

- Fax or email us your PAID INVOICE (minus the non-pertinent parts such as other pickup locations and such) and the AGENT RELEASE AUTHORIZATION along with where it is to be shipped to, the value you would like it insured for and how quickly you need to receive it.

- We will retreive your item and then contact you with an estimate for the job. We'll fax or email you a credit card authorization form with the job details and final price. Upon return of the filled out form, we'll complete the work and contact you with the tracking information.

Please note: Shipping prices are based on the weight and size of the item, not price paid. Due to size and weight, certain items must be shipped as freight. We suggest you acquire the specs of the items you are bidding on so you know their sizes and weights prior to arranging shipment of them.
